As a child is congratulated on his achievements, he is elated and encouraged to go an extra mile, so what manner of elation will be felt by our father, our Honourable Professor Tayo Odumosu, an epitome of knowledge and wisdom who is aware of the antics of students.

Knowledge they say is very vital, he always encourages all to read and acquire knowledge, he always reminded us that “a man who does not read is in the same league with one who cannot read.” These achievement goes a long way in telling that the acquisition of knowledge never ends, one would feel that with his achievements, there is no need for lectures such as is to be given but it is not so, a former head of student affairs division in the Greatest University of all time (Lagos State University) and other important committee in the school board even with all his schedule, finds time to increase the knowledge of us all especially the 400level student. He is always approachable and grants audience to any one whenever he is approached.

If anyone is worthy of such an award, it is your Honourable self. The father and friend of us all, a worthy man of our times.
